1. ABOUT THIS APPLICATION

IASSA SIP is a mobile application designed exclusively for IASSA customers with active alarm monitoring service. This app provides remote access to your security system from any location with internet connectivity.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

We collect and process the following information:

- Account credentials

- Contact information

- Location data (GPS coordinates only during emergencies)

- Alarm system events and activity logs

- Device information (for app optimization)

This data is collected based on:

- Execution of the service contract between you and IASSA

- Legitimate interest in providing security services

3. DATA SHARING

- Emergency services and public authorities when you activate an emergency alert

- IASSA authorized technical support personnel

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IASSA guarantees the proper functioning of the application under normal use conditions.

We are not responsible for:

- Internet connectivity failures

- Delays in third-party emergency services

- Misuse of the application

- Incompatible or compromised devices

- Force majeure events

10. EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER

While IASSA SIP provides rapid emergency communication, it should not replace direct emergency service calls (911) when possible. Always follow established emergency protocols and use multiple communication methods when facing real emergencies.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This service is not intended for children under 13. Family group members under 18

must have parental consent.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified through

the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
